The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events Score is the most established scoring system for risk prediction and risk stratification in patients with acute coronary syndromes. The GRACE 3.0 score estimates in-hospital mortality risk and provides high predictive performance. GRACE 3.0 was derived from patients undergoing current treatment approaches, accounts for sex differences in disease characteristics, and is informed by internally calculated GRACE 2.0 risk estimates from an unbiased global patient population.“
